Within the framework of the efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to follow up the situation of the Egyptians injured in the fire incident of the cargo ship Beata Alfa near the Turkish coast, 5 Egyptian citizens out of a total of 14 citizens arrived in the homeland, after the embassy completed the travel procedures and issued the necessary documents.

Efforts are still underway in response to the directives of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to follow up the health condition of the remaining citizens who were injured in the accident until they all return to the homeland, and the embassy continues its best efforts through successive contacts with the concerned Turkish authorities to ensure the provision of the best treatment service for the injured.
