Nour El Sherbini defeated Rowan Elaraby 3-1.
World No. 1 Ali Farag in the men’s competition and women’s World No. 1 Nouran Gohar had already secured their spots in the semifinals after yesterday’s matches, guaranteeing Egypt five places in this stage of the tournament.
