You still have plenty of time to start reading good and entertaining books . There are 5 books through this week. there are plenty of highly-anticipated releases on the way.

1-Gothic by Marry Shelly

A Gothic, thriller classic novel written by English author Marry Shelly, wife to poet Percy Shelly. She confronts the limitation of science, the nature of human cruelty and the pathway to forgiveness.

The novel tells the story of Victor Frankenstein, a young student of science who brings a grotesque to life, the once-innocent creature turns to evil and unleashes a campaign of murderous revenge against his creator, Frankenstein.

2- The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

T.S Eliot described the novel of the Jazz age the “first step” American fiction had taken since Henry James. It is considered as one of the great classics of 20th-century literature.

The novel combines magic and shocking realism. The story revolves around wealthy Jay Gatsby and his love for Daisy Buchanan, the luxurious parties on Long Island creates the tale of America in 1920 that resonates with the power of myths.

3- Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood

Atwood’s classic dystopian novel of a terrifying plausible future. The novel is as relevant today as ever; feminist backlashes continue to wax and wane, but women’s rights remain in the spotlight.

The Handmaid’s Tale is ultimately a hopeful book offred, simply cannot be human without the possibility of hope, and therein lies the strength of the resistance. All of Atwood is worth reading, but this book best exemplifies the cultural and psychological impact that a work of fiction can create.

4- Undisputed Truth by Mike Tyson

“Mike Tyson” has defied stereotypes, expectations, and a lot of conventional wisdom during his three decades in the public eye. Tyson grew up to become one of the most ferocious boxers of all time and the youngest heavyweight champion ever. But his brilliance in the ring was often compromised by reckless behavior. Yet even after hitting rock bottom the man who once admitted being addicted to everything fought his way back and achieved triumphant success.

5-Goodbye Freddie

Nadia Akbar’s novel, set in Pakistan, narrates the stories of the youth, as they grow up in a society ripe with corruption, volatile politics and gender bias.

Nida and Bugsy are two such teenagers whose lives get entangled when they meet at a party. After her brother’s death, Nida has grown estranged from her family and chooses to spend her days smoking one joint after another.

Bugsy is trying to harmonize rock music into the music scene in Lahore, a place that is still clinging to the tunes from years gone by.
