All Elite Wrestling (AEW) World Champion MJF will defend his title against the winner of the 4-Pillar Tournament at AEW Double or Nothing (DoN) on May 28.
During the latest AEW Dynamite episode, MJF announced a 4-Pillar Tournament for determining his Double or Nothing opponent for the World title.
The "4-pillars" is a term coined by AEW to describe four talents who would be the future and original blood and soul for the promotion.
The four names are: Jungle Boy, Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin, and MJF.
Jungle Boy, Guevara, and Allin escalated with each other since MJF's remarkable victory over Bryan Danielson at AEW Revolution, last month.
So, MJF decided to announce a tournament to select one of the pillars to defend the title against.
MJF made a blind draw to select one name to be qualified for the final of the tournament, while the other two names will compete against each other, and the winner will go to the final.
The result of the draw was Allin, so, he had to wait for the winner from Guevara vs. Jungle Boy.
The match main evented the latest Dynamite episode, and the Guevara won the match by the count out after the involvement of MJF.
Next week, Guevara will face Allin for a title shot against MJF at Double or Nothing.
