The activities of the first edition of the ""Nebu Expo for Gold & Jewelry"" exhibition and its international conference will be launched from February 19 to 21, 2022, at the Royal Maxim Kempinski Hotel in New Cairo.
The exhibition includes about 30 gold and jewelry firms in Egypt, including L’azurde, Kermina, Andrea & George, King Gold, Master Gold, Abbasi Gold, Salima Gold, Jaid Gold, Sun Gold, Malak & Bushra Gold, Lamar, Al Gala Gold, Real Skate, and Allianz Gold, Swiss Gold, Sirana Jewelry, Christian Doer Jewelry, Sarana Jewelry, GFG Gold, Nader Atef Jewelry, SH Diamond Jewelry, Gold Era, and Golden Crown.
And some companies are specialized in production technology, including "Nebio Smart System, Smart Machine Tools, Oro Machine, Haykal Machine Tools, Miracell CNC.
The exhibition, organized by the General Division of Gold and Jewelry and the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, is held within the framework of the state’s plan to strengthen local industries and attract foreign investments to the industrial sector, especially the gold and jewelry sector.
The exhibition is under the auspices of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
The conference, which will be held on the sidelines of the exhibition, will also host a selection of international, Arab and Egyptian jewelry designers, including Canadian jewelry designer Reena Ahluwalia, French designer Frédéric Mané, Saudi jewelry designer Princess Noura, Azza Fahmy, Zainab Khalifa and Sarah Abdel Azim.
And Dr. Zahi Hawass, former Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, will appear in the exhibition to give a lecture on the jewelry of the Pharaohs.
