3 Killed, 5 Injured after Shooting in Kansas City

The US police announced that three people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

Kansas City local police spokesman Jake Pekina said - according to what was reported by the American newspaper "The Hill" - that the police were called at around 4:30 am today, and when the officers arrived, they found three people - two men and a woman - dead in the parking lot.

Since then, the local police have found at least five more injured, who were taken to nearby hospitals to receive treatment for gunshot wounds, the newspaper said.

Jake Pekina said that Kansas police are still trying to establish the cause of the shooting and are currently collecting available evidence and reviewing surveillance cameras, explaining that so far, there is no information about the suspects.
