At least 23 people were killed in attacks by gunmen in southwestern Pakistan on Monday.
As reported by Sky News, Pakistani government officials stated that the gunmen killed 23 people in the western part of the country today after forcing them to disembark from their vehicles and verifying their ethnicities.
Najibullah Kakar, a senior official in the Musa Khel area of Balochistan, said, "At least 22 people were killed, and 5 were injured when gunmen stopped several buses and large and small trucks on the highway connecting Punjab and Balochistan."
Kakar added, "Among the dead were 19 Punjabis and 3 Baloch, most of them were Punjabi laborers."
