The French captain sealed the victory in the 74th minute with his second goal of the night, putting the result beyond doubt.
France controlled the contest from start to finish, extending their impressive World Cup campaign after progressing from the group stage with a perfect record of three victories over Senegal, Iraq and Norway.
Head coach Didier Deschamps started Mike Maignan in goal behind a defense of Lucas Digne, Jules Koundé, William Saliba and Dayot Upamecano.
Aurélien Tchouaméni, Adrien Rabiot, Ousmane Dembélé and Michael Olise featured in midfield, while Barcola partnered Mbappé in attack.

Sweden, who reached the knockout stage as one of the best third-placed teams after defeating Tunisia, losing to the Netherlands and drawing with Japan, were unable to cope with France's attacking quality despite featuring key players including Alexander Isak, Anthony Elanga and Viktor Gyökeres.
With another commanding performance, France strengthened their status as one of the tournament favorites, while Mbappé continued his pursuit of both the Golden Boot and further World Cup history.
