Fulham and Liverpool played out a thrilling 2–2 draw on Sunday evening at Craven Cottage, in a dramatic encounter as part of Matchday 20 of the English Premier League.

The result saw Liverpool continue to drop points, following last week’s goalless draw against Leeds United.

Fulham took the lead early in the game when Harry Wilson found the back of the net in the 17th minute, capitalizing on the hosts’ strong start.

Liverpool struggled to break through in the first half but returned with more intent after the break.

The Reds were rewarded in the 57th minute when Florian Wirtz scored the equalizer, restoring hope for the visitors.

As the match entered stoppage time, Liverpool appeared to have completed the comeback after Cody Gakpo struck in the 94th minute to make it 2–1.

However, the drama was not over. Just three minutes later, Harrison Reed scored a late equalizer for Fulham in the 97th minute, sending the home fans into celebration and denying Liverpool a crucial away victory.

The game concluded in dramatic fashion with both sides settling for a point.

With this result, Liverpool remain fourth in the Premier League table with 34 points, while Fulham moved up to 12th place with 28 points after an entertaining contest in west London.
