Spain advanced to the Semi-Finals of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup after defeating the 2019's Finalists, Netherlands, 2-1, on Friday.
It is the first time in the history of Spain to make it to the final four of the tournament.
During the game, both teams didn't manage to hit the nets of each other until 81:00 when Spain managed to find their way to the Dutch nets through a penalty.

Stefanie van der Gragt succeeded in getting the Dutch back on track once again by hitting the nets to force the game to continue to the extra time.
The first half of extra time saw some progressive action until 111:00 when Spain’s Salma Paralluelo scored the winning goal, sending her team to the final four.
