2 Killed, 5 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision in Algeria

On Sunday, a fatal traffic accident occurred on the East-West highway in the municipality of Chiffa, Mouzaia district, in Blida province, Algeria, resulting in two fatalities and five injuries, according to the Civil Protection authorities.

The accident involved a chain collision of four vehicles on the East-West highway in the municipality of Chiffa, Mouzaia district.

As a result of the collision, two people lost their lives, and their bodies were transported to the morgue. Additionally, five others sustained injuries, with three in critical condition.

They were provided with immediate medical assistance and transferred to the local hospital.

Traffic accidents are a significant concern in the region, and authorities continue to emphasize the importance of safe driving practices to prevent such tragedies.

Road safety remains a top priority, and efforts are ongoing to raise awareness about the importance of adhering to traffic regulations and ensuring vehicle maintenance to reduce the risk of accidents.
