2 Channels Set to Broadcast Egypt-South Africa Clash

Two channels are set to broadcast Egypt's encounter against South Africa in the semi-final of the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). 

A few hours later, the Pharaohs are set to play against Bafana Bafana at Cairo International Stadium (20:00 CLT). 

The match is set to be aired via Time Sports and Bein Sports as the Egyptian channel Time Sports has the right to broadcast the encounters on the terrestrial TV channels.

Host Egypt qualified for the last four as Group A winners after achieving the full mark as they secured three victories against Mali (1-0), Ghana (3-2), and Cameroon (2-1).

On the other hand, Bafana Bafana reached the semi-final after ranking second in Group B as they got five points from 2 draws against Zambia and Nigeria, while they managed to defeat the Group B winners Ivory Coast with an unanswered goal in the second round of the group stage.

Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, and South Africa have reached the last four of the tournament, which is currently being held in Egypt.

Noteworthy, the top three positions at the tournament will qualify automatically to represent Africa at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The tournament came after Egypt dazzled the world when it hosted the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
