The governor of the central region of Cameroon said that a landslide in the capital, Yaounde, on Sunday, killed at least 14 people who were attending a funeral.

Landslide cases were not limited to the Cameroonian capital, but extended to Italy, whose government declared today, Sunday, a state of emergency on the island of Ischia, in the south of the country.

Italy announced the emergency due to a devastating landslide caused by heavy rains, killing one person and dozens of others are on the missing list.
