Ten people were injured as two gunmen fired more than 40 shots in New York City, police said.
The New York Daily News quoted police officers as saying that a hail of bullets was fired in seven separate shootings.
They added that more than 40 shots were fired, hitting a group of people outside a barber shop, as well as a number of pedestrians who were walking in the street. Officials said eight men and two women were wounded.
Police believe the two shooters were targeting three members of the Trinitarios gang standing outside the barber shop.
