Al Qahera News channel reported in breaking news, citing Palestinian media, that 10 were killed and 17 others were wounded in an Israeli raid on a school in the Al-Saftawi area, north of Gaza.

The US State Department said - in a statement today (Saturday) - that Blinken stressed, during a phone call with Israeli War Council Minister Benny Gantz, the urgent need to protect civilians and relief workers in Gaza and calm tensions in the West Bank, and the importance of increasing levels of humanitarian assistance throughout Gaza.
Blinken discussed the latest efforts to achieve a ceasefire as part of an agreement to release hostages and prevent the conflict from expanding throughout the region.
