The security services in Giza conducted investigations into the incident of a young man setting fire to another man during a fight in the Kerdasa region, according to local reports published on Saturday.
The police received a report stating that a quarrel broke out between two young men in Kerdasa, one of them is dead as he got burned.
Immediately, Major General Mahmoud al-Sabili, Director of General Department of Giza Investigations worked on the accident quickly to uncover the circumstances.
After examining the dead body, it was revealed that it had burns marks.
Initial investigations revealed that disputes arose between the victim and another young man; the latter threw a Molotov cocktail at the victim, causing nasty burns, which resulted in his death.
Eventually, the accused man was arrested, and a report of the incident was issued. Nonetheless, the Public Prosecution office is still conducting investigations.
