Nigerian singer WizKid dropped Friday the official remix of his hit song "Essence," featuring Tems and Justin Bieber.
The original song is currently No. 54 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is featured on Wizkid’s album "Made in Lagos".

The album also features Ella Mai, H.E.R., Damian Marley, and Burna Boy.
Wizkid is also scheduled to kick off his “Made in Lagos” tour in September and travels across the U.S. and Canada in January.

On the other hand, Bieber is leading this year’s list of nominees at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards.
He has seven nods, including video of the year and best direction for “Popstar,” artist of the year, best cinematography for “Holy”, best pop song, best editing and best collaboration for “Peaches”.
The Canadian singer is followed closely by Billie Eilish, BTS, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Drake, Giveon, Lil Nas X, and first-time nominee Olivia Rodrigo.
