The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicted extremely hot and dry weather will continue to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Saturday.
Hot and humid weather is also expected to hit the Northeastern Coast.
Experts predicted that the weather will start to improve starting from today.
Winds will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height varying between northeast to northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate and turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, moderately hot weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 33°C in Matruh, 41°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 45°C in Aswan.
