Warm Weather Prevails across Egypt on Friday, Cairo 27°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts warm weather to prevail in Cairo, North Coast, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Friday.

Hot weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt experiences extremely hot weather.

There is a 30% chance of light rain hitting intermittently in the Northeastern Coast, which may be thunderous sometimes across the south of the Red Sea mountain ranges and South Sinai.

Winds will occur occasionally in the North Coast, South Sinai, and the south of the country.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Moreover, moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.

There is a 20% chance of light rain hitting Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the Canal Cities.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 27°C in Cairo, 22°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 30°C in Sohag, 38°C in Qena, and 37°C in Aswan.
