Vietnamese President Vo Van Thuong will pay an official visit to Austria on July 23, sources at Vietnamese Embassy in Vienna said.
The sources pointed out that the Vietnamese president will hold important talks with his Austrian counterpart Alexander Van der Bellen and senior statesmen to support economic cooperation between the two countries and strengthen the Eurasian partnership.
It is worth mentioning that, a recent report by the Asian Development Bank predicted that the Vietnamese economy will grow by 6.5% in 2023 despite the impact of the global economic recession and tight monetary policies in major markets (the United States and the European Union) and the impact of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
