Leader of the Republic majority in the US Senate Mitchell McConnell has revealed that the council received charges against Trump.

The trial of US President Donald Trump in the Senate starts next Tuesday to impeach him for accusations linked to the misuse of the presidential powers.

The Democratic members in the house of Representatives, led by Nancy Pelosi, have prepared to impeach Trump for charges of holding security aids to Ukraine.

Trump attempted to pressure the Ukrainian Government to launch an investigation into the deeds of the son of Joe Biden, a Democratic hopeful for the 2020 presidential election.

The historic trail of impeachment of Trump will be chaired by the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court John Roberts.

He swears the oath of office on Thursday to lead temporarily the Senate which comprises 100 members.

Two senators represent every state of the fifty states of the USA.

The senators are going to play the role of jurists during the trial of Trump.

Pelosi signed the charges against the president minutes earlier and referred them to the Senate.

She used a different color to mark every letter of her name.

She said that it is a pity that the US President took measures to topple the national security of the country.

She warned that Trump abused the oath of office and exposed the security of the elections to danger.

Those wrongs led the House of Representatives to charge the president of the abusing of his office.

Pelosi assured the legislative bodies in the USA to enter into history for those steps against Trump.

McConnell vowed to support justice to American institutions, states, and homeland.

He pointed out that the Senate must inform the White House on the trial of impeachment.

The president of the USA should respond to articles of charges and send his lawyer to appear in the main hall of the Senate during the trial.

McConnell, a fierce defender of Trump, said that is a hard time for our motherland, but that was the reason that made the Founding Fathers set the Senate.
