US President Joe Biden announced that he will visit city of Baltimore in Maryland state next week after the partial collapse of the bridge, which killed 6 people and temporarily closed the city's port.
In press remarks, Biden said that Maryland Governor Wes Moore will accompany him during the visit.
It is worth noting that hours after the collapse early last Tuesday morning, Biden said that he intends to go to the site “as quickly as possible.”
