U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced the successful bombardment of more than 90 military targets on Iran’s Kharg Island.
According to a statement posted on its official "X" account, CENTCOM conducted a new, large-scale precision strike on the Iranian island.
The operation resulted in the destruction of naval mine storage facilities, missile bunkers, and several other strategic military sites.
The statement further clarified that while U.S. forces successfully neutralized over 90 Iranian military targets, they ensured the preservation of the island's oil infrastructure.
