United States (US), Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and UK issued a joint statement tonight, in which they affirmed their full support for the Israeli occupation authorities in their war on Gaza.
"We affirm our support for Israel and its right to defend itself, and we affirm our commitment to work with partners to prevent the conflict from spreading in the region," the statment read.
Moreover, the leaders called on Israel to comply with international humanitarian law and protect civilians.
