US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested nearly 1,000 people in a single day, as the Donald Trump administration intensifies its crackdown on illegal immigrants in the United States.
According to Axios, Trump's border security official Tom Homan and other senior officials oversaw ICE enforcement efforts in Chicago on Sunday, and officials announced the arrest of 956 people in a single day.
