The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expressed that the wave of unstable weather which Egypt will continue on Saturday.
Moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.
Warm weather is also set to prevail in South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
Meteorologists also predicted that the country will continue to experience a decline in temperature.
EMA added in its statement that there will be moderate showers with thunderstorms in the north of the western coasts, parts of Lower Egypt during the day.
Furthermore, Cairo is witnessing dense fog across the region since early morning, affecting the visibility on the main roads and highways.
Heavy showers and fierce thunderstorms and frost will hit the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Great Cairo, and the north of Upper Egypt. In addition, Sinai and the Suez Gulf region would see floods.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 17°C in Cairo, 17°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Matruh, 19°C in Sohag, 21°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
