Unstable Weather to Hit Egypt Thursday

Dr. Iman Shaker, Undersecretary of the Remote Sensing Center at the General Authority of Meteorology, predicted on Tuesday that the country will witness unstable weather, accompanied by rain and wind activity.

In a phone call with an Egyptian TV channel, Shaker noted that the current temperatures prevailing in the country are normal for this time of year.

She also noted that the chances of rainfall hitting in some areas on the northern coasts will continue until tomorrow, Wednesday.

Furthermore, rainfall precipitation will return, which will feature medium and heavy intensity on the northern coasts and Lower Egypt.

On the other hand, experts of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predict that pleasant weather will prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northern coasts, during daylight hours on Tuesday.

Meteorologists predict that moderate weather will prevail in South Sinai. Moderate winds will be active on the Gulf of Suez.

Meanwhile, pleasant weather will prevail in northern Upper Egypt, which will be moderate in southern Upper Egypt.

The mist will impact visibility in the morning in Cairo and Lower Egypt.

They also predict that there is a chance for light rain in some areas of Lower Egypt and the northern coasts including, El Salloum, Marsa Matrouh, Sidi Barani, Alexandria, Rashid, Damietta, Port Said, and Al Arish.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 24C in Cairo, 23C in Alexandria, 21C in Marsa Matruh, 25C in Sohag, 25C in Qena, and 27C in Aswan.
