Unknown Drones Attack US Army Bases in Eastern Syria

Local sources in the Syrian province of Al-Hasakah confirmed to Sputnik that 3 huge explosions were heard echoing throughout the Al-Yarubiyah region in the far north-east of Al-Hasakah Governorate on the Syrian-Iraqi border, resulting from the targeting of one of the most important American bases in Syria.

The sources added that the sounds of explosions were clearly heard throughout the region, confirming that the base was subjected to a violent attack via drones that came from outside the Syrian border.

The sources revealed that the area witnessed intense US Army helicopter and drone flights, shortly after the attack occurred, on the night of Wednesday, October 25.

Sources close to the Kurdish SDF forces revealed to Sputnik that the American base in the Al-Malikiyah region, northeast of Al-Hasakah, shot down a drone that approached it, last Friday, October 20, without announcing or revealing the aforementioned aircraft.
