United ATS, a leading provider of aviation technology services and training, has announced the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Ayman Abdallah Aly as the company’s new General Manager, effective immediately. The decision was issued by Mr. Reda El-Madbouly, Founder of United ATS, as part of a comprehensive corporate restructuring initiative.
Mr. Ayman succeeds Major General Shawky El-Ezab, bringing with him extensive operational and leadership experience rooted in both military aviation and the civil aviation sector. Ayman joined United ATS in 2019, following his distinguished service with the Egyptian Air Force, and has since held multiple key leadership roles. He served as Deputy Projects Manager (2019–2021), then as Projects Director until his recent promotion in September 2025.
His appointment aligns with United ATS’s renewed strategic vision to strengthen its position as a regional leader in aviation services, with a strong emphasis on expanding into new markets across the Middle East and Africa. The company’s development plan also focuses on upgrading training and technical qualification programs to meet evolving global aviation standards.
As part of its transformation, United ATS is also preparing to launch a series of innovative initiatives to support digital transformation in the civil aviation sector. These will include advanced technologies in air navigation, simulation, airspace management, and training systems, in line with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) objectives and global aviation safety regulations.
