The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is delivering daily clean water to 150,000 displaced families in Gaza as part of its "Gallant Knight 3" humanitarian operation, initiated under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The initiative addresses Gaza's critical water shortages caused by infrastructure damage during the ongoing conflict. Water tanks have been installed across displacement zones and are refilled daily, ensuring access for affected families.
The UAE has also established six desalination plants and signed agreements with local municipalities to repair damaged water networks, further enhancing the water supply.
Additionally, the UAE supports food distribution through 37 community kitchens and provides winter supplies to ease the hardships of displaced Palestinians.
The UAE remains at the forefront of humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza, striving to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people.
