The UNICEF revealed a report yesterday showing that the United States comes in the third place after France and Germany in Neonatal Care.

The survey's result depended on the parental leave duration and kids’ neonatal care in the U.S. if compared to other member states of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The report clarified that parents still suffer from so many challenges to balance between their work and childcare.

According to “The Guardian”, UNICEF Executive Director Henrietta Fore stated that governments should help parents getting closer to their kids at their early ages.

She clarified that countries also need the private sector’s support to achieve the proper environment for families”.

Fore stressed that kids’ early years is a necessary period for their brain growth; that’s why they need to grow in a healthy atmosphere.
