Israel is on a security alert, after the two blasts that occured today in the city of Jerusalem, leaving an Israeli teenager killed and 19 other injured.
One of the explosions occurred near a bus stop where passengers usually gather, and the second occurred in Ramot, north of the city.
The attacks came at a time of escalating tensions between Israel and the Palestinians, months after the occupation forces' raids in the occupied West Bank, after a series of bloody attacks against Israelis that killed 19 people.
