Turkish Health Min. Visits injured Palestinians in Egypt

 Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca expressed his happiness at his first visit to Egypt.

During his visit today, Wednesday, to the Nasser Institute Hospital to visit the injured Palestinians, he praised the constructive work he noticed from the Egyptian government, Saying, “Egyptian-Turkish relations during this crisis are a wonderful example of cooperation between countries.”

The Turkish Minister of Health also thanked the Egyptian state and Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar for his continuous and lasting cooperation since the beginning of the crisis, praising the efforts of the Egyptian side in the arrival of the first Turkish ship loaded with medical aid in the port of Al-Arish.

The Turkish Minister of Health noted that his country sent 10 planes and a ship containing 8 field hospitals, an equipped operating room, 20 ambulances, incubators, and electricity generators, as well as medical, relief, and living supplies that will be provided to the people of the Gaza Strip through Egypt, with a total of 666 tons.
