Tiffany Trump, daughter of US President Donald Trump, and her husband, Lebanese-American businessman Michael Boulos, are enjoying a winter tourist visit to Egypt, with Luxor as a key destination on their itinerary.
Local sources said the couple began their archaeological tours on Saturday morning in Luxor, taking advantage of the warm winter weather in both the East and West Banks of the historic city. Their visit is being conducted under heightened security measures, with full logistical support provided throughout their stay.
The Luxor programme started on the West Bank with a visit to the Temple of Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most iconic ancient monuments. The tour continued to the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens, as well as the Ramesseum and the Colossi of Memnon, allowing the visitors to explore some of the most important sites on the West Bank.
On the East Bank, the itinerary includes visits to the Karnak Temple complex, Luxor Temple, the Luxor Museum and the Mummification Museum, in addition to attending the Sound and Light show at Karnak in the evening.
Earlier in the week, Tiffany Trump also visited the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx accompanied by her husband and her mother, Marla Maples. Sources at Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said the family toured the archaeological site, took souvenir photographs and had lunch at a restaurant overlooking the pyramids.
