In a high-stakes declaration, President Trump signaled a historic shift in regional power, claiming that relentless military pressure has forced Iran to abandon its long-standing ambitions and surrender to its Middle Eastern neighbors.

He framed this moment as a total collapse of Iranian influence, asserting that the nation has transitioned from a regional bully to a definitive loser.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated: "Iran, which is being hit very hard, has apologized and surrendered to its neighbors in the Middle East, promising that they will no longer fire upon them. This promise was only made because of the relentless onslaught from the United States and Israel. They were seeking to control and rule the Middle East. It is the first time in thousands of years that Iran has lost to its neighboring Middle Eastern nations. They said, 'Thank you, President Trump.' And I said, 'You’re welcome!'"

Writing on social media, he added that Iran is no longer the "Bully of the Middle East," but has instead become the "Loser of the Middle East," and will remain so for decades until they surrender or, more likely, completely collapse. "Today, Iran will be hit very hard! The total destruction and certain death of some areas and groups of people are being seriously considered due to Iran’s bad behavior—things that were not on the target list until this moment."
