The White House has announced that US President Donald Trump will undergo his annual medical examination on May 26 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
In a statement, the White House said the visit would include Trump’s yearly physical examination alongside routine preventive healthcare assessments as part of his regular medical care.
Trump previously underwent his second comprehensive medical evaluation of 2025 in October and later stated that the results confirmed he was in “excellent” health.
At the time, the White House released a letter from presidential physician Sean Barbabella, who said the president’s heart was “approximately 14 years younger” than his chronological age.
The physician also noted that Trump continued to maintain his demanding daily schedule without restrictions, highlighting his overall physical fitness and ability to perform presidential duties.
Presidential health assessments traditionally attract significant public and political attention in the US, particularly during election cycles and periods of heightened political activity.
