US President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Devin Nunes, who runs his social network Truth Social, to head the White House Intelligence Advisory Council.
Trump said in a statement that Nunes will remain chairman of his network "Truth Social" while he leads the advisory council.
Nunes, a former Republican member of Congress from California, headed the Intelligence Committee in the US House during the beginning of Trump's first presidential term.
