U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a direct message to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Armed Forces amid a significant military escalation between the two nations.
In a statement posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump demanded that members of the IRGC and the Iranian military lay down their weapons immediately.
He stated that those who comply will receive full immunity, while those who refuse to respond will "face death."
Furthermore, in remarks made to the New York Times, President Trump revealed that recent strikes have caused severe damage to the Iranian Navy, including its headquarters and nine vessels.
He noted that the operations were executed with high efficiency and that progress is currently well ahead of the planned schedule.
