The election campaign of former US President Donald Trump announced, yesterday, Tuesday, that he will appear to the public in South Carolina on the 28th of this month, as part of his quest to run for the 2024 presidential elections.

According to a campaign announcement, two well-known Republican symbols in South Carolina will join Trump at the state headquarters, where he will reveal his campaign leadership team there, namely Senator Lindsey Graham, one of Trump's most loyal supporters, and Governor Henry McMaster.

It is worth mentioning that South Carolina wields great influence as one of the first states to witness the contests for the presidential candidacy in election years.

Last November, Trump announced his candidacy for the next US presidential elections, which will be held in 2024.

The former US president faces charges of tax evasion, concealment of confidential documents at his residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, and conspiracy and incitement in the case of storming the US Congress on January 6, 2021.
