Important Tips for Perfect Al Adha's Fattah

There is no doubt that the Fattah is a key entry for the Al Adha Feast dishes.

Here are some important tips for making a perfect Fattah dish.

1- The toast of the Fattah should be from traditional Egyptian bread (Baladi bread). You need to fry them to keep them crunchy while adding the broth.

2- Make sure to stir the garlic in oil, before adding the vinegar and the tomato juice. Wait for two the mixture to thicken before adding the tomato paste.

3- It is preferable to add some of the Fattah's sauce to the broth because it will help in enriching the taste.

4- The chuck is among the best beef cuts for the Fattah because it is so tender, and will help you to enjoy the taste of it.

Moreover, it will help you to create a lovely brown sauce.

5- Using ghee with rice is the best for enriching the flavor of your Fattah.

6- You can place the layers of the Fattah in a Tefal tray. Start with placing rice in the tray, and sprinkle the toasted bread pieces that were soaked in broth.

Then, flip the layers to a serving plate, after that add the red sauce and the pieces of the meat.
