Within the Digital Future, Program: (1000) Students Were Trained on Digital Transformation in Cairo Governorate

Within the framework of its continuous support for public school students, Al-Masry Foundation for Development and Education has supported the achievements of students in the Khalifah and Al-Muqattam educational administration, in transferring the experiences and training they obtained in the field of digital transformation, to their fellow students from other schools in the educational administration.

their colleagues on Sunday on many technological programs to simplify information and school curricula, in the Library of Islamic Civilization in the Caliphate, under the full supervision of the Ministry of Education, and with the participation of the Ministry of Culture.

Reda El-Kardawy, an educational technology consultant, said that the idea of the “Our Future is Digital” program includes how to convert school curricula into animated pictures and videos, and how to link educational curricula with these educational means that simplify information, to raise the level of students.

She noted that the project is large and has several stages as students have completed so far.

The training program concluded on Sunday when the students trained other ones, which is the first stage that has proven to be a well-deserved success, as these programs have provided students with technical skills, and their skills have grown. This generation is digital as it has many of the basics required by technological transformation. and develop these basics.

For his part, Dr. Abdel Nasser Mohamed Bakr, Secretary General of the Al-Masry Foundation for Development and Education, said that the Foundation started as of Sunday the first harvest of the “Our Future is Digital” initiative because the initiative aims to invest in students at the level of the Republic.

The Foundation noticed early on that the new generation is digital, so the Foundation went to support this initiative, as that students are creative and able to transform traditional educational content into interactive educational content.

He indicated that the experience was amazing with what we saw today of the ability of students to train other students in digital transformation, which is considered A quantum leap for education in Egypt.

He added that the Foundation continues to support this initiative until it is generalized and successful in all governorates of the Republic, after the first initiative today came with this success, as schools will train each other.

Ola Abdel-Shafi, a psychologist at one of the schools of the Khalifa administration and Mokattam, said that the school’s students trained other students last Sunday on how to convert study subjects into a video graph, and she said that the initiative started last summer.

The student, Malak Omar, a student at Omar Bin Al-Khattab Elementary School, said that she trained her fellow students on several programs within the digital transformation initiative, as the study material was simplified by using several cartoon programs and videos, which benefitted the students.
