Egypt's Sports Minister Supports Handball National Team Ahead of Guinea Match

Today, Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, visited the players of Egypt's handball team to support them.

Egypt will face Guinea in the first match of the 26th African Handball Championship, which Egypt will host from 17 to 27 January.

The Minister of Sports congratulated the players of the Egyptian handball team for the strong performance in the international championship in Denmark in preparation for the African Championship.

The Minister of Sports promised the players of the Egyptian national team to double the reward of the tournament for the players in the event of achieving the title and reaching the Olympics directly, stressing his confidence in the players and the technical staff and also expressing the confidence of the Egyptian fans in the achievement of the Egyptian handball team players for the championship title.

The Minister of Sports Amr Salah was received by the treasurer of the Handball Federation, Mohamed Al-Alfi, the general supervisor of the national handball teams, Dr. Ashraf Al-Bajramy, head of the sports sector at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kurdi, head of the Central Administration for Sports Performance, Dr. Abdel Awal Mohamed, Assistant Minister for Tournament Affairs, and Walid Abdel Wahab, Executive Director of the Cairo Stadium .
