The International Sports Court sent official letters to the Football Association, as well as Zamalek club officials, notifying them of the club’s suspension of registration due to Khaled Boutayeb, the team’s former player.
Football Association officials and their counterparts in Zamalek received official letters suspending the registration due to the Moroccan player and his dues, which amounted to 2 million and 400 thousand euros.
It is expected that Zamalek will reach a solution with Bou Tayeb and his lawyer, before opening the summer registration door, to avoid confirming the suspension of registration.
Ahmed Salem, the official spokesman for Zamalek Club, confirmed that the club’s registration has been suspended during the upcoming summer transfers due to Khaled Boutayeb, the team’s former player.
The official spokesman said that the registration will be opened during next July or August, and there is still time to negotiate with the player and his lawyer about settling the dues, paying them in installments, and reaching a solution.
