The Iranian judiciary confirmed today, Tuesday, that Tehran "has submitted a request to the International Criminal Police Organization ( known also as Interpol)  to issue a "red notice" and arrest  US President, Donald Trump, and the rest of those involved in the assassination of the Iranian general Qassem Soleimani," the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

The Iranian Minister of Security, Mahmoud Alawi, indicated that his ministry, in cooperation with other parties in Iran, prepared a comprehensive file on the subject of the liquation of Soleimani last year, pointing out that he was "ready to present this file to legal and international forums."

Alawi said, "We hope that the world will hear this grievance through legal forums."

The Iranian minister also stressed that "all documents proving state terrorism and the violation of the national sovereignty of another country are present in this assassination," noting that "more than a thousand pages of legal work have been organized in this regard."

He also said that "the Islamic Republic dealt a light blow to the enemies of Soleimani  at the  Ain Al-Assad US military  base, but it maintains a strong slap at the appropriate time."

The Attorney General in Tehran Ali Al-Qassi Mehr accused the British company G4S, responsible for aviation security at Baghdad International Airport, of involvement in the assassination of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.

The Public Prosecutor said during a legal and judicial follow-up session for the assassination file of Soleimani and his accompanying delegation, which was held seven days ago, in the presence of the Chief Justice, Ibrahim Reissi, and officials of the judicial, military, security, intelligence, and political agencies.

He said that the British company provided the US military in Iraq with the arrival date of the plane, which flew Qassem Soleimani and others.

In addition, the public prosecutor stated that investigations also indicate German involvement in the assassination of Soleimani.

He explained that the US Air Force base in Germany is responsible for directing the American drone, which targeted Soleimani's convoy and providing flight information and data to the US forces.
