Four people were killed and one was injured in mysterious circumstances in Montreux town, Switzerland.
The Swiss police announced that they found four people were dead under a building in the lakeside town of Montreux, while the fifth person was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
The Swiss daily “Blick” reported that five people fell from a seven-story residential building in Montreux, 4 were dead and the fifth one was in a serious condition. “Blick” noted that an investigation has begun, and more information is expected to be announced at a later time.
Alexandre Bisenz, a regional police spokesperson told the Associated Press that he could not immediately confirm Swiss daily “Blick” that the five had jumped from a building.
Montreux, a bucolic lakeside town, is best known as a tourist hot spot and in particular for its annual Jazz festival.
