Swedish Prime Minister (PM) Ulf Christerson will visit United States (US) on July 5, to discuss bilateral relations and his country's accession to North Atlantic Treaty Organization "NATO", according to the White House.
In a statment, White House press secretary Karen Jean-Pierre said that "President Biden looks forward to welcoming Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson of Sweden to the White House on Wednesday, July 5 to further strengthen the close ties between the United States and Sweden."
Moreover, Jean-Pierre added that Biden and Kristersson will review growing security cooperation and reaffirm their view that Sweden should join NATO as soon as possible.
