The Sudanese Armed Forces announced that they have regained control of the Um Qulaib area in North Kordofan State, according to breaking news reported by Al Qahera News.
A correspondent for the channel said the Sudanese army successfully liberated the area after clashes with the Rapid Support Forces. During the operation, army units also freed dozens of displaced civilians who had been detained by the RSF while traveling from Kadugli.
