Straight Away

Hundreds of trucks entered Gaza, in order to allevaite some of the tragedy and suffering experienced by the Palestinians due to policies in which they had no hand... a year and a half of suffering, starvation and intimidation.

Egypt's position towards the Palestinian issue has been clear until now, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said it very clearly: The Palestinian cause is just and the entire international community recognizes this, and the most important thing is that recognition turns into action in order to achieve this matter, and at this stage we are seeking three goals that have not changed since last October 7: a ceasefire, a release of the hostages, then aid be brought into the Gaza Strip, because the Gaza Strip has more than 2 million people who suffer very severely, and more than 40,000 of them died, and more than 100,000 were injured. We must stop at these numbers because they are a very large price, in addition to the extent of the destruction of the Gaza Strip’s infrastructure. 

President Sisi’s position is firm. He was the one who said, “straight away, we will be next to our people.”

They were not just words, but they were actions in all their stances towards our brothers, embodied by the sight of hundreds of trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, decorated with the slogan "Masafet El Sekka" - straight away.

It is the ninth convoy sent by the Civil coalition to our people in Palestine. A touching scene shows the enthusiasm of thousands of young volunteers accompanying the convoy, believing that every box they carry is a glimmer of hope for a Palestinian family that has been waiting eagerly, as they have suffered from the scourges of devastating war and hunger for a year and a half. It is nothing but a new chapter of Egyptian support for the Gaza Strip.

Al-Arish has turned into an international relief station, confirming the pivotal role played by Egypt. It is a logistical center that reflects the determination and will to provide support to the Palestinians in a message of brotherhood, solidarity and love, it confirms to the Palestinian people that they are not alone and that there are those who support them and share their hopes and dreams.

Oh God, grant them victory.
