Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Álvarez renewed his sharp criticism of Israel's restrictions on aid access to Gaza, warning that the aid entering the Strip is woefully inadequate to address the scale of the tragedy on the ground, as repeated ceasefire violations continue, leaving an increasing number of civilian casualties.
In statements reported by the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Álvarez expressed grave concern over what he described as the "almost constant violation of the truce," emphasizing that the ongoing military operations and security instability undermine all humanitarian efforts and hold the lives of civilians in Gaza hostage to an explosive situation that cannot tolerate further delay or procrastination.
