SpaceX launched its first Falcon Heavy in more than three years, on Tuesday, at Florida Cape Canaveral as the company resumed sending satellites for the US Space Force.

The rocket system, consisting of three Falcon 9 boosters, took off from a SpaceX launch stage, with two satellites from the Space Force and another group of smaller devices for orbit.

The Space Force didn't give any further details of its satellites and requested that SpaceX end its launch live stream early.

The latest mission marked the first use of the rocket by the Space Force which is a US military branch.

It was established during the reign of Former President Donald Trump to observe the Pentagon's defense activities in space.

Three minutes after launch, Falcon Heavy's two side boosters separated from the rocket's stage and dived backward for free-fall toward land.

Shortly, the pair of boosters' engines were activated and landed almost simultaneously on the concrete slabs.

The core booster used its fuel to launch the satellites into space.
